A Rule Based Expert Advsory System for Restuarent Using machine Learning and knowladge Baseed system techniques (UGC 0625016)

 Communicate health promotion and disease preventionare two essential concepts from a golden rule for improving peoples quality of life.Good nutrition program when accompanied by suitable diets,empowers people,espeacilly patients,to take control of their health care.Numerous non communicable diseases and chronic disease such as obesity,diabetes,cancer and cardiovascular dieases can be diet related dieases caused by the consumption of foods and drinks high in fat,salt and suger.Conductd a multi cohort study to find the relationship between Body mass index and the development of NSDs such as diabtes  and hyper tension.Therefor,several dietary experts experts based on AI techniqes have been proposed to assist patients and normal people of different ages to choose meals that suit their health condition.

Restuarent meals are considered favorable choise for most people around the world. How ever they are not suitable for everyone,espeacilly those who adhere to specific diet or suffer from chronic disease.Recently, the fields of food science and nutrition research have benefited from the development of artificial intelligence technologies.

 AI presented by knowladge based Systems and expert systems facilitate the development of end to end solution to meet client requirement carefully.Basically, KBSs can imitate the human capabilities of thinking and have decition making abilities in a particular field of interest, by storing knowladge extracted from human expertise. 

In genarel, providing general eating advice and nutrition counseling in the health and disease field by expert systems requires modeling human knowladge in way that computer can process. It is the simplest from of expert system which can be considered modest from of AI representation. In oder to represent knowladge extracted from the expert,it utilizes rules to code this knowladge for the resioning process as in the human expert to solve intensive problems. 

AI and Rule based expert systems, have constucted a nutrient diagnosis system called nutritional care process and model. Rule based expert system by providing a wide range of nutrient advice to the users,such as proteins and vitamin quantities to be supplied. 

This paper develops an advisory expert system for resturents in oder to improve and promote the health level in the community by providing healthy meals depending on the health state of the user.

As future work, this system can be expanded to cover more disease and food allergy cases and to add more options in every in every meal to empower the user to build the meal from scratch.
