Above title from an Article in the Website called ResearchGate is a relevant to the Research / Project Title called " Using Artificial Intelligence Techniques For Public Safety and Security " .  It is not because of the 100% goodness of Artificial Intelligence , but identifying its advantages in a proper way leads Human beings to make a Better Future for the next generations instead of putting them into a danger. Nowadays many people know the ways to gain safety in various ways . Humans have different capabilities in order to survive from some disasters they face . This habit has been developed from the past. By the time the methods used by humans became updated , upgraded and modified . Human beings (as same as the animals) also had to experience hard times , situations . Such as Natural Disasters , Threats from animals , Domination of the enemies . For these circumstances they were happened to find solutions. Many of them used their own physical-mental strengths and their natural intelligence they had in their mind . Battles , Conspiracies , Betrayal could be introduced as such stressful moments. Industrial Revolution resulted many new inventions and technologies to the world . But unfortunately all of them are not working together for human's well-being. Society began to face moral issues while having its advantages. Artificial Intelligence also could be taken as an example .

1st of all consider that this review is not only about the disadvantages of Artificial Intelligence and this will be a guidance make people aware of the challenges faced by the unawareness . In finding solutions for the problems in the society , gaining a clear understanding of its misuses is important. Otherwise it will be difficult to handle new problems while looking for solutions . It makes the effectiveness that can be taken by the usage for the relevant artificial intelligence technique decreased to a considerable level. These are the sectors that the artificial intelligence is criticized due to some misuses of the people who don't have a clear understanding of it . The value artificial intelligence for PUBLIC SAFETY is still doubted because of some irregular acts , lack of discipline of the users , poor advancements of its technologies (by adding new features - removing unnecessary features) . Under this main topic , there are few subtopics that can be discussed . Artificial Intelligence at a glance , Ethical Issues in Artificial Intelligence , Bias and Decision , Personal Autonomy and the brain Computer Interface , Data Mining ,Chat GPT and New Academic Reality in Research in Research and Publishing , The value of artificial intelligence ,The Fear and Anxiety of artificial intelligence , Job Loss , Superintelligence and Singularity etc. As a summary here is a small description for the subtopic mentioned above . For about many years now , artificial intelligence (AI) has developed very rapidly into different approaches and different fields , it has improved the security of life and property and it is aiding and doing greatly in healthcare . Countries and Organizations are responsible to start making policies that can govern its growth and professionalism . AI is indeed such a complex concept that can be easily misconstrued ,and misused by both by specialists and none specialists alike . AI is just an opposite of the natural intelligence , in artificial intelligence machines are given the ability to act and carryout intelligent tasks .Its biases are both harmful and useful , bias occur when judgements are not made objectively - the individual making such decisions are must must often influenced by discriminatory concepts about a particular  group of people. This is done with the tendency of underestimating ones' intellectual capacity. Using social media wisely leads the users to work with a self discipline and its AI powered systems will not be able to control people to the expected level. AI has helped people to learn new skills , improve healthcare delivery , enhance cyber security . This is advancing day by day and attracting attention of every human sector . It has the capacity to enable medical education and also proven to be more effective in  handling certain tasks than human beings. Many technological gadgets that had required human personnel function have become automated , these are already taking a toll on the job markets. AI has impacted Human Relationships ( This statement is hard to believe). Brain Computer Interface (BCI) simply called digital health devices have been Successfully used on several people suffering from deceases in Nerve System . Another thing is, do these people retain absolute rights and control of their bodies when BCI devices are implanted to them ? What happens in situations where their brain is hacked , how safe is their neuro data ?

It is obvious that it is a must to explore details like this to do qualitative and quantitative studies of Artificial Intelligence. This helps to work with it in a safe manner while reducing its harmful effects.
